Production Capacity:

Rich 1 Trading Co. Ltd. owned the share of the Two Y/Dyed factories and also has the agreement with Two other Y/Dyed Factories and Three Factories in S/Dyed & Printed. We also do some orders through the Trading Companies, controlling total financial matter from our Hong-Kong office. Our monthly capacity for the Y/Dyed item is around 1.5 Million yds and Solid/Printed around 02 Million yds.

We can do all kinds of finishing in the fabric as per requirement of the customers. We have facilities of doing Peach, Brushed, PA coating, PU coating, Milky coating, Acrylic coating, Raising finish, Easy-care finish, Wrinkle free, Liquid Ammonia finish, Teflon coated with DuPont tag, Acti-fresh (Anti-bacteria), Nano care from Nano-tex, F/R (Fire Retardant), Crush finish, Tye & Dye finish etc.

The factories to whom we deal with are well equipped with good machineries from China, Japan, Europe & USA. They have all kinds of looms, such as shuttle loom, shuttle-less loom, Air-jet loom.

Sample Development:

We are very much development in sample development. Every year we used to make a lot of samples as per requirement of the Buyer in Y/Dyed, S/Dyed & Printed. We have very good facility for that.

Lead-time for Production:

We take 35 to 40 days for Y/Dyed items, 20 to 25 days for S/Dyed and 25 to 30 days for the Printed items after H/Loom, Strike off & Lap-dip approval and order confirmation.
